Influence of Organisational Based Self-Esteem on Assertive Behaviour among Government Workers in Ekiti State

This study investigated the influence of organizational based self-esteem on assertive behaviour among government workers in Ekiti State. The made use a total number one hundred and ninety-six (196) participants across organizations State who were randomly selected. sample comprised Male 115 (58.7%) Female 81 (41.3%). Organizational (OBSE) was measured with 10-item survey developed by Pierce, Gardner, Dunham (1989). Rathus Assertiveness Schedule (RAS) used to measure assertiveness. Three hypothesis formulated tested results shows that there is no significant assertiveness t(194)=-.717,p>.05, sex t(194)=.694,p>.05.
